摘要
本文简要介绍了在北京西单地区停车行为调查及其结果。在对调查结果进行了分析的基础上,运用非集计行为模型,建立了以调节地上、地下停车场需求政策为目的的停车场选择模型,并对停车场选择费用的阈值进行了探讨。研究结果表明,在调查对象地区存在着明显的利用价格杠杆调节停车供需关系的空间,停车者对于利用停车诱导系统表现出较大兴趣。
In this paper, a parking behavior survey in Xidan area of Beijing is introduced. A parking lot choice model is provided with disaggregated method. According to the analysis,a threshold of parking cost for changing the chioce is discussed. The result shows that there is a great possibility in parking cost to adjust the parking lot choice behavior,and the users of the parking lots are interested to use parking guidance and information system.
