共轭二烯烃调聚反应研究 (Ⅱ)过渡金属络合物和三苯基膦体系催化1,3-丁二烯与醇类调聚反应

Study of Telomerization Reaction of Conjugated Diene I Telomerization of Butadiene and Alcohol Catalyzed by Palladium 2,4-Pentadionate and Triphenylphosphine

摘要 考察了Pd(acac)_2/Ph_3P均相体系催化丁二烯和醇类调聚反应,比较了Pd(acac)_2/Ph_3P催化不同醇类与丁二烯调聚反应的结果。研究了Pd(acac)_2催化剂的重复利用。探索了其它过渡金属络合物如镍和铑络合物催化丁二烯与甲醇调聚反应。 The telomerization reaction of butadiene and methanol catalyzed by Pd(acac)2/Ph3P has been studied . The conversion of butadiene is close to 100 % at 70℃ and P/Pd=2. The main products are l-methoxy-2,7-octandiene and 3-methoxy-l, 7-octandiene. The by-product is 1, 3, 7-octantriene only. The structure of the alcohol has an pronounced effect on both the activity and the selectivity of this reaction when other alcohols are used. The repeated use of Pd(acac)2/Ph3P catalyst in telomerization of butadiene and methanol has been investigated. The catalytic activity is reduced gradually but selectivity stays constant. The catalytic system consisting of Ni(acac)2, Ni (tfacac)2 or Ni (hfacac)2 and Ph3P can not catalyse the telomerization of butadiene and methanol. An oligomer with a low conversion of butadiene can be obtained. Rh(Ph3P)Cl and Ph3P can catalyse the telomerization of butadiene and methanol with a low conversion of butadiene. The selectivity of telomer is 55. 3 %.
