摘要
本文主要介绍了1981年以前两种钯试剂:PdCl2/CuCl/O2体系氧化烯烃到甲基酮以及Pd(OAc)2/PPh3体系催化1,3-丁二烯与亲核试剂的调聚反应在天然产物全合成中应用。利用这两种钯试剂合成了天然产物Matsutake alcohol(松茸醇)、Lipoic acid(硫辛酸)、diplodialide、lasiodiplodin、Zearalenone(玉米烯酮)、12-acetoxy-1,3-dodecadiene、cis-Civetone、Recifeiolide、Royal jelly acid、2,15-hexadecanedione。
Abstract：This article mainly discusses two important palladium catalyzed reactions , namely oxidation of ole- fins to methyl ketones with PdC12/CuC1/02 system, and telomerization of butadiene with nucleophiles catalyzed by Pd（ OAc）2/PPh3 are used in key steps of natural products synthesis. Syntheses of Matsutake alcohol, lipoicacid, diplodialide, lasiodiplodin, zearalenone, 12- acetoxy- 1,3- dodecadiene, cis- civetone, recifeiolide, royal jel- ly acid, 2, 15 -hexadecanedione are described.
