摘要 北水南调工程是东北地区一项大型的跨流域调水工程 ,优选调水量是其关键问题之一。调水量方案涉及众多目标 ,有定量的 ,又有定性的 ,难以用经典优化理论与方法加以求解。采用陈守煜多目标半结构性决策模糊识别理论与模型进行北水南调调水量方案的优选。 The North-to-South Water Diversion Project is a large-scale inter-basin water transfer project, and the reasonable determination of the volume of water diversion is a key problem. The determination of volume depends on some quantitative and qualitative factors, and is difficult to be solved by conventional optimization methods and theories. In this paper, Chen Shouyu's multi-objective and semi-structural decision-making fuzzy recognition theory and model is adopted for optimal selection of the water diversion scheme for the North-to-South Water Diversion Project.
