摘要
在综合分析江西省水资源特色的基础上,结合江西省2009年自然、社会和经济以及水资源资料,选取降水量、灌溉率、水资源开发利用程度、生活用水定额、人均供水量、生态环境用水率作为评价指标,应用模糊识别理论对江西省11个市的水资源可持续利用程度进行了评价研究。结果表明,江西省整体水资源可持续利用等级为Ⅱ级,水资源开发利用已具有相当规模。
Based on the analyses of the present situation of water resource utilization and the statistic of the natural, cultural and economic conditions as well as water resource data of Jiangxi Province in 2009, the six indices（precipitation, irrigation intensity, water resource development degree, domestic water quota, per ca- pita water supply and the ecological water use ratio） were adopted to evaluate the sustainable utilization of the water resources in 11 cities in Jiangxi Province using fuzzy identification theory. The results showed that the comprehensive water utilization in Jiangxi Province reached to a substantial scale with grade Ⅱ.
