摘要
本文选择了理想的熔剂,对铂-黄坩埚的腐蚀性小。采用低温预氧化,高温熔融的制样方法,以X射线荧光光谱法测定硫化物矿中Pb、Zn、Cu、S等主元素。方法应用于铅锌矿流程分析,结果满意。
In the analysis of sulphides using X- ray spec-trometry,the preparation of the sample is of main importance. A Rigaku 3070E instrument was used with a Rh anode. The fusion recipe consisted of 4. 4g LiBO_2, 2. 4g Li_2B_4O_7,1.0g NaNO_3,and 0. 25g sample. Such a method involved a preoxidation step at a temperature of about 700℃ for 10 min and a fusion step at about 1050℃ for 10 min. A Pt-Au crucible was used without risk of deterioration. The analytical results are generally quite good, making the method suitable for the control and quantitative analysis of ore dressing process.
