摘要
本文中笔者采用熔融玻璃片法制样,使用X射线荧光光谱法测定钨矿石中的钨、磷等主次元素,所用校准标样是用符合国家一级标准的物质由人工配制而成,并用理论α系数内标法及康普顿散射作内标校正基体效应,其分析结果与标准值相符。精密度统计结果显示,主、次量组分方法精密度(RSD,n=10)为0.371%~6.806%。该方法做到了简便、快捷、经济且减少环境污染。
An analysis method is developed to measur the major and minor elements in tungsten ores by x-ray fluorescence spectrometry with preparing fusion bead. The national standard substance is used for calibration samples. The matrix effect is corrected using the theoretical alpha coefficients and Compton scattered radiation as internal standard. The results are consistent with certified values. The precision experiment shows that the precision of method is 0.371% - 6.806%(RSD, n=10) for the major and minor elements. This method works simply, rapidly, economicaly with entironmental protection.
