摘要
将低粘度交联剂加入到酸酐固化的环氧树脂体系中 ,能有效降低树脂体系的粘度 ,得到室温下仅为 0 .0 8Pa·s的酸酐 -环氧树脂体系。利用正交实验优选了树脂配方 ,获得了优异的力学及物理性能 ;通过DSC确定了树脂的固化工艺制度 ,并利用TG对该树脂的热稳定性进行了评价。
In this paper self-made cross-linking agent was added to epoxy resin system,which was used to modify anhydride as curing agent to decrease the viscosity of the resin to 0.08 Pa·S at room temperature, while the excellent mechanic and physic properties of epoxy resin kept unchanged. The curing method of the resin was also determined by DSC. The formulation of the resin was optimized by the regress analysis. It proves that the resin system is suitable for RTM and wet lay-up process and making high performance composites.
