摘要
对比了低压组合床重整技术与固定床重整技术及连续重整技术的操作条件及产品性能,着重以0.50Mt/a规模为例,提出了新建或由0.15Mt/a固定床重整装置改造成0.5Mt/a的固定床重整、组合床重整与连续重整的6种技术方案,对6种技术方案的投资及经济效益进行了比较与分析,得出的结论是:改造方案中,低压组合床重整技术最佳;新建方案中,低压组合床重整技术与连续重整技术指标水平接近。
Operate conditions and product performances of low pressure combined bed reforming, fixed bed reforming and continuous reforming have been compared. Take the 11 600 b/d reforming unit for example, six technical schemes for expand the 3 500 b/d fixed bed reformer into 11 600 b/d fixed bed reforming unit, low pressure combined bed reforming unit and continuous reforming unit or construct new units are proposed. Investments and e-conomic benefits of the six technical schemes have been compared and analyzed. It is shows that the low pressure combined bed reforming is the best for expanding scheme and it is approaching to the continuous reforming in new construction units.
