摘要
石油化工科学研究院研制开发的新一代低铂连续重整催化剂GCR-10首次工业应用在广州石油化工总厂炼油厂的40万t/a连续重整装置上。开工运转和标定结果表明,GCR-10催化剂的活性、选择性、再生性能以及综合性能良好。在操作条件适宜的情况下,催化剂损耗较少。催化剂的总体水平与原进口的催化剂相当。主题词:##4催化剂;;催化重整;;连续再生;;
GCR-10, the new generation of continuous reforming catalyst with low platinum content developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was firstly applied and tested in a 400 kt/a CCR reforming unit at the refinery of Guangzhou Petrochemical Complex. The test results indicated that the activity, selectivity, regeneration ability and comprehensive performance of GCR-10 catalyst are good and all can meet the requirements of the unit.
