摘要
在知识经济时代,生产力水平的提高和社会的可持续发展,比任何时候都更依赖科学进步和技术创新。知识经济时代的全球性大竞争归根到底是创造型人才的竞争。在智力水平相同的情况下,非智力因素的差异对人才的创造力有很大的影响。本文对非智力因素的含义、它与人的创造力的关系以及如何开发和培养人的非智力因素进行了阐述。
The 21st century will be an age of knowledge based economy, with keencompetition intensifying throughout the world. The global competition at such anage is bound to be the competition of creative human resources. With intelligence factors being equal, non- intelligence factors will become more critical in cultivating creative human resources. However, non- intelligence factors have been overlooked in the traditional Chinese education while intelligence factors have been over- emphasized. Through an analysis of the status quo of the students' on- intelligence factors at college level in China, this paper focuses on the study of the impacts of non-intelligence factors upon the shaping of creative human
resources, and puts forward some preliminary ways to the cultivation of non - intelligence factors.
