摘要
创造性人才培养是大学教育的重要任务。完成这一任务需要重视以下四个方面:一、具有专业兴趣的学生是创造性人才培养的对象和前提。二、致力于发掘学生的潜能是创造性人才培养的重要理念。三、理论学习和实践活动相结合是创造性人才培养的重要途径。四、大师家授课是实现创造性人才培养的重要保证。
One of the major tasks for the higher education is to cultivate students' creativity. To accomplish this task, efforts should be made in the following aspects: (i) finding out students who have shown tremendous interests in their major, (ii) developing students' potential capabilities, (iii) highlighting the integration of theoretical studies and practical applications, (iv) inviting distinguished scholars and experts as vip professors.
