摘要
本文采用固相提取法,结合GC/MS(SIM)技术,完成了尿中六种吗啡类药物的定性分析工作。本法比常用的液-液萃取结合全扫描质谱法更灵敏,简便和快速。
An analytical procedure has been developed for the systematic analysis of morphinoid drugs by using solid-phase extraction combined with GC/MS. The selected ion monitoring technique has been utilized. The method is simple, fast, sensitive, andsuitable for doping control analysis.
