摘要
葡萄糖和果糖与氨水发生亲核加成反应可定量地将羰基转化成亚胺,并使电化学还原性显著提高,增加极谱测定的灵敏度。本文研究了衍生反应及电化学反应的机理,利用微分脉冲和二次导数技术对葡萄糖及果糖进行了测定。检测灵敏度提高到10^(-7)mol/L。对血清中的葡萄糖含量测定结果令人满意。
By the nucleophilic addition reaction between glucose or fructose and aqua ammonia, the carbonyl can change into imido group on fixed quantity. This causes the increasing of electrochemical reduction and the sensitivity of polarographic determination. This paper discusses the mechanism of derivation reaction and electrochemical reaction and used the technique of differential pulse polarography and second derivative method to determine the glucose and fructose. The sensitivity was 1×10^(-7)mol/L and the result of measurement of the glucose content of serum was satisfactory.
