摘要
在Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲液(pH8.0)中,加入适量的K2S208溶液后,用微分脉冲极谱法测定苏丹红Ⅰ,结果于-0.590V处产生苏丹红Ⅰ的二阶导数峰。其含量在0.01~0.10mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:Y=0.0552x+0.2128(r=0.9993,n=5),检出限为2.0μg·kg^-1。该催化波的灵敏度比相应的还原波提高了5倍以上,用于测定辣椒粉中的苏丹红Ⅰ,结果满意。
In Na2HPO4-KH2PO4 buffer (pH 8.0) added 5.0 mmol · L^-1K2S2O8 supporting electrolyte.The reduction wave of Sudan Ⅰ at -0. 590 V (Vs, SCE) was catalyzed by K2S2O8. A second order derivative peak current was proportional to Sudan Ⅰ concentration in the range of 0. 01 - 0. 10 mg · L^- 1 ( r = 0. 999 3 ), and the detection limit is 2. 0 μg · L^ - 1 The sensitivity of the catalytic wave was 5 times higher than that of the corresponding reduction wave. The catalytic polarographic method was applied to determine Sudan Ⅰ in the red chili powder.
