摘要
目的 :观察补阳还五汤在闭合性颅脑损伤中的治疗作用。方法 :将 1998年 7月— 2 0 0 2年 3月收治的10 8例闭合性颅脑损伤患者随机分成两组。治疗组 (5 4例 )在常规西医治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗 ;对照组(5 4例 )则采用单纯西医治疗。结果 :治疗组痊愈、显效率 88.89% ,明显优于对照组 6 8.5 2 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组昏迷后转清醒时间为 (5 .70± 2 .71) d,亦短于对照组 (7.80± 2 .4 2 ) d(P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :补阳还五汤治疗闭合性颅脑损伤 ,能提高治愈率 ,降低病死率 ,缩短治疗时间 ,提高生存质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction(BYHWD,补阳还五汤) in closed craniocerebral injury.Methods:One hundred and eight patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group( n =54) was treated by BYHWD combined with conventional therapy of western medicine.The control group( n =54) was treated with conventional therapy alone.Results:The curative effects (recovered and marked effective rate) in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group (88 89% vs.68 52%, P <0 05).The duration of coma in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group〔(5 70±2 71)days vs.(7 80±2 42)days, P <0 05〕.Conclusion:Using BYHWD is able to increase the cured rate,reduce the mortality rate,shorten the therapeutic course and improve the life quality.
