摘要
目的 :观察针刺手厥阴经穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中肌钙蛋白 (c Tn T)的影响。方法 :5 0只大鼠随机分为空白组、缺血再灌注模型组以及针刺内关穴、郄门穴、支沟穴组 ,每组 10只。电针大鼠心包经穴位(内穴、郄门 ) 2 0 min后 ,结扎左冠状动脉前降支 4 0 min,心电图监测 ;再电针穴位 2 0 min,松开结扎 ,恢复灌流6 0 m in;取静脉血 3ml,观察 c Tn T的变化。以支沟穴为对照。结果 :针刺心包经 3个穴位组大鼠血清 c Tn T含量均明显降低 ,与模型组比较均有非常显著意义 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;与支沟穴对照组比较 ,降低程度也有显著差异(P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :针刺手厥阴经穴通过降低 c Tn T含量而减轻心肌缺血再灌注而造成的心肌损伤程度。
Objective:To explore effect of acupuncture on pericardium channel of the HandJueyin points (手厥阴心包经穴) on cardium troponin(cTnT) during the process of ischemia and reperfusion injury. Methods: Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups,normal group,ischemia and reperfusion injury group,acupuncture Neiguan point(the inner pass point,内关穴)group,Ximen point(郄门穴)group,Zhigou point(支沟穴)group.Acupuncture was given at the HandJueyin points for 20 minutes,followed by ligation of anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery and 40 minutes later,acupuncture the points for 20 minutes again, reperfusion for 60 minutes,with electrocardiogram monitoring.Then,venous blood was taken and the contents of cTnT were observed.The result on acupuncture the Zhigou point was control. Results: In the acupuncture groups,cTnT contents decreased obviously,compared with model group were significantly(both P <0 01),and compared with Zhigou point group was so (both P <0 01).Conclusion:Acupuncture the HandJueyin points can obviously control the contents of cardium troponin,reduce the injury degree during the process of ischemia and reperfusion injury.
