摘要
本文通过青蒿素和美多巴中左旋多巴的定量测定,介绍了园二色谱在药物分析中的应用。
The circular dichroism (CD) is frequently used in the determination of chiral structures, study of chemical kinetics and conformation of macromolecules, however, it is rarely used in quantitative analysis. Optical activity is one of the important parameters in identifying natural medicinal products whose curative effect is related to this activity. In a mixture of optically active compounds, it is sometimes difficult to make qualitative and quantitative analysis by ultraviolet spectrometry, but CD as specific technique for optically active compounds is effective for those measurements. Here is reported the quantitative analysis of artemisinine and laevodopa in 'laevodopa et benserazide' by CD,
