摘要
目的:研究分光光度法测定左旋多巴片的含量。方法:在硼砂溶液中,左旋多巴和2,6-二氯醌氯亚胺发生反应,生成荷移络合物。结果:络合物的λ_(max)=496nm,组成比为1:1,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.1×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),线性范围为2.5~23.8μg·mL^(-1),回收率为96.81%~97.59%,RSD 为0.55%~0.60%。结论:应用本方法测定左旋多巴片的含量,得到满意的结果。
Objective:To determination the content of levodopa in tablets by spectrophotometry. Method:It was based on charge transfer reaction of levodopa with 2,6 - dichloroquinone -4 - chloroimide in borax buffer solution. Resets:The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 1.1 10^4 L ·mol^-1 cm^-1 at 496 nm. The calibration curves was found to be linear in the range of 2.5 - 23.8 μg · mL^-1. The composition of the complex of levodopa with 2,6 -dichloroquinone -4 -chloroimide was 1: 1. Conclusion :This method has been applied to the determination of levodop in tablets with satisfactory results.
