摘要
为观察中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠治疗骨性膝关节炎的治疗效果 ,寻求骨性膝关节炎更有效的治疗方案。运用中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗骨性关节炎 10 6例 ,并与泼尼松龙关节腔注射治疗 98例作对照。结果治疗组的近期治愈率及显效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,远期复发率治疗组 11.6% ,对照组 3 2 .8% ,有显著性差异。表明中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠协同治疗骨性膝关节炎疗效好 ,疗程短 ,复发率低 ,值得临床推广应用。
This study aims at observing the therapeutic effect of TCD ion-introduction (TCDII) and intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate (IAISH) on osteoarthritis of the knee (OAK) and at seeking a better therapy for OAK. One hundred and six cases of OAK were treated by TCDII and IAISH as the treated group, and 98 cases were treated by intra-articular-cavity injection of prednisolone alone as the control. The results showed that the curative and marked-effective rates of the treated group were significantly higher than those in the control (P < 0.05); the long-term recurrent rate of the treated group was 11.6 %, while that of the control was 32.8 % with a marked difference, indicating that TCDII and IAISH could produce a good therapeutic effect on OAK with short treatment course and lower recurrent rate and be worth while popularizing.
