摘要
目的寻找一种临床上可行的膝关节骨性关节炎的综合治疗方法。方法膝关节骨性关节炎患者167例（213膝），采用膝关节腔灌洗，关节腔内注射三氧、糖皮质激素、玻璃酸钠及中药离子透人等综合疗法，记录治疗前后各时点的VAS评分，评定治疗后效果。结果治疗后1周、2周、4周、3个月、6个月、12个月的总有效率依次为69．5％（148／213膝）、95．3％（203／213膝）、i00％（213／213膝）、98．6％（209／212膝）、97．2％（174／179膝）、96．4％（132／137膝）。所有患者均未见并发症。结论膝关节骨性关节炎采取综合治疗，疗效确切，无相关并发症。
Objective To look for a comprehensive treatment for patients with knee osteoar- thritis. Methods One hundred and sixty-seven patients （213 knees） with knee osteoarthritis received the comprehensive treatment, including knee joint cavity lavage, intra-articular injection of ozone, glucocorticoids and sodium hyaluronate and external herbal iontophoresis. VAS was recorded before and after the treatment. The effects were evaluated at different time points after the treat- ment. Results The total effective rates were 69.5% （148/213 knees）, 95.3% （203/213 knees）, 100% （213/213 knees）, 98.6%（209/212 knees）, 97.2% （174/179 knees）, 96.4% （132/137 knees） at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after the treatment succes- sively. No complication was found in all patients. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment is a kind of effective way for the knee osteoarthritis, without related complications.
