摘要
目的 观察益肾活血汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法 将6 5例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 34例用益肾活血汤 ,对照组 31例用呋喃硫胺片。观察 2组疗效 ,并检测 2组治疗前后血液流变学、空腹血糖、血脂及肌电图指标变化。结果 治疗组总有效率 94 .12 % ,对照组总有效率70 .97% ,2组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗组在改善空腹血糖、血脂、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、红细胞聚集指数及肌电图神经传导速度方面明显均优于对照组 (均 P <0 .0 1)。结论 益肾活血汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切 ,且能明显改善患者空腹血糖。
Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Huoxue decoction on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method 65 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups.34 patients in treatment group were treated by Yishen Huoxue decoction;31 patients in control group were treated by Fursultiamine.Hemorheology,fasting blood glucose,TC,TG,HDLC and electromyography (EMG) were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Result The total effective rate in treatment group (94.12%) was higher than that in control group (70.97%, P<0.05), improvement of fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,TC,TG,HDLC,RBC aggregation and EMG NCV in treatment group were superior to that in control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Yishen Huoxue decoction can effective treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
