摘要
本文报道了维生素B_1(B_1)和维生素B_6(B_6)的光化学动力学(波长选择和时间选择)荧光分析法联合测定的原理和方法。该法的建立是基于B_1的光化学荧光衍生化反应和B_6的光分解反应。B_1和B_6的浓度分别在0~1.4μg/ml和0~2.0μg/ml呈良好的线性关系,相关系数皆为0.999。检出限分别为0.60ng/ml B_1和1.0ng/ml B_6(时间选择)或2.0ng/ml B_6(波长选择)。相对标准偏差分别为0.99%(n=8)和2.3%(n=8)。该法用于混合物的测定效果良好。
A new method for simultaneous determinatien of vitamin B_1 and B_6 by photochemical kinetie (time-election and wavelength-election)fluorimetry is presented. It is based on the photochemical reaction of vitavnin B_1 and B_6 in NaOH medium with an increase in the fluorescence intensity of B_1 and a decrease in the fluorescence intensity of B_6. The prineiple of method is discussed. Linear eaiibraticn eurves are obtained over the range of 0~1.4 and 0~2.0μg/ml for vitamin B_1 and B_6, respectivety (r=0.999 for both). The limits of determination were 0.60 ng/ml Ba_1 and 1.0ng/ml B_6(time-eloetibn)or 2.0 ng/ml B_6 (wavelength-election). The relative standard deviations of determination for B_1 and B_6 were 0.99%(n=8) and 2.3% (n=8), respectively. This method has been applied to the determination of mixture of vitamin B_1 and B_6 with satisfactory results
