摘要
研究了用PAN-Ni(Ⅰ)体系共沉淀分离富集酱油消解液中的痕量镉,再用微量注射进样FAAS测定的方法。在pH10的溶液中,检测下限可达1.05×10^(-3)μg/ml,线性范围为1.05×10^(-3)~0.125μg/ml,共存物质不干扰测定。方法快速、简便、稳定,具有良好的重现性和回收率。
A new method has been studied for the separation of Cd in soy with 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol-Ni(Ⅱ)coptecipitation and the determination of Cd by FAAS with micro-injection sampling. The derection limit of the method proposed is 1.05×10^(-3) μg/ml at pH 10.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 1.05×10^(-3)~0.125μg/ml. No interference was observed from coexistent elements. The method is rapid, simple with good reproducibility and high accuracy.
