摘要
通过对沈阳师范大学科研论文产出特点进行调查分析,发现有四种规律性特点:论文产出量与教师年龄呈正比例关系;论文产出基于研究人员广泛的合作;论文质量状况与参考文献的使用密切相关;论文产出不平衡,发展呈现曲线上升态势.根据这些特点和发展趋势,提出了高师院校科研队伍的建设与发展建议.
By investigating and analyzing the paper output from Shenyang Normal University,the following four universal but disciplinary characteristics are summarized:the amount of output is in direct proportion to teachers′age;the paper output is based on extensive cooperation of research staff;the quality of paper is dramatically correlated with the employment of references;and paper output is in imbalance but with a rising curve.Concerning these,some sound suggestions are put forward in terms of the construction and development of research staff in higher normal university.
