摘要
本文介绍了对甲苯磺酰化环糊精键合弱阴离子交换剂的合成及其性能考察。在蛋白质分析中,该填料具有分离时间短,质量与活性回收率高等优点。我们还用该填料对核苷酸与核酸进行了分离。
A novel packing of weak anion exchange for biological compounds modified with tosylatation cyclodextrin has been synthesized. Using this kind of packing, proteins as well as nucleotides and nucleic acid have been separated.The reproducibility of retention time and peak area for ribonuclease, chicken egg albumin and cytochrome C has been tested, the relative standard deviation of retention time is within 3% and that of peak area is about 3 0%. The mass recovery of these three proteins is in the range from 101% to 107%. Soybean trypsin inhibitor was used as standard for the determination of denaturation of proteins, and the ratio of total area between the native peak and the denatured peak was 7.0.
