摘要
采用平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定酒中的锰,无基体干扰和背景吸收,酒样不必进行前处理,即可用标准曲线法直接测定,线性范围为30μg·L-1(进样量20μl时),特征质量为4.5×10-12g·(%)-1。对白酒、黄酒、葡萄酒三种酒样进行了分析测定,相对标准偏差为0.88%~3.07%,回收率为97%~104%,测定结果准确可靠。
An experiment was undertaken to study direct determination of Mn in wines (distilled wine,yellow rice wine and wine)using platform g raphite tube atomic absorption spectrometry.No matrix interference and backg round absorption was observed,demonstrating the feasibility of direct measurement of Mn in wines without pretreatment by using standard curve.The linear rang e was within30μg·L -1 (sample quantity,20μl).The sensitivity of characteristic mass is4.5×10 -12 g·(%) -1 .The relative standard deviations of Mn content in distilled wine,yellow rice wine and wine were1.75%,0.88%and3.07%.The recoveries of standard additions were in the rang e 97%~104%
