血标本放置1~3小时其血气酸碱及红细胞膜代谢的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解血标本放置时间 (1~ 3小时 )以及麻醉方式对其血气酸碱及 RBC膜代谢的影响。方法 随机选择 ASA ~ 级择期手术患者 4 0例 ,全身麻醉和局部麻醉各 2 0例 ,所有患者均由动脉和静脉取血标本各 1ml用于血气酸碱分析。另随机选择 ASA ~ 级择期手术患者 4 0例 ,全身麻醉和局部麻醉各 2 0例 ,用于RBC膜代谢分析。所有患者均由动脉和静脉取血标本各 2 ml用于 RBC膜代谢分析。结果 全麻和局麻患者动静脉血标本采集后放置 1h后其动静脉血标本均逐渐酸化 ,同时其 RBC膜 Na+ - K+ - ATP酶活性均显著下降。结论 为保证血标本检测结果的准确性 ,采集的动静脉血标本的放置时间均不宜超过 3h。 Objective To find out the influence of laying up the blood samples for 1~3 hours and anesthesia methods on blood gas analysis(BGA) and red blood cell memberane metabolism.Methods Foruty patients (ASAⅠ~Ⅱ) were randomly chosed and divided into 2 groups:twenty under general anesthesia and twenty under local anesthesia.Blood samples were gathered from peripheral vein and artery for blood gas analysis.Blood smaples from another fourty patients(ASAⅠ~Ⅱ) were gathered to test RBC memberane metabolism.Results After the samples being gathered for 1 hour,the acidity of all samples gradually increased,meanwhile,the activity of Na +/K + ATPase in RBC membrane remarkably dropped.Conclusion To ensure the accuracy of test results,arterial and venous blood samples shouldn't be laid up over three hours after being gathered.
