摘要
目的探讨护士检验前工作流程与危急值报告规范化培训及管理的效果。方法对化验标本采集的流程、危急值报告制度、处理流程规范化,并运用统一的标准对352名护士进行规范化培训,评价培训效果。结果培训后动静脉血标本采集、危急值相关理论、化验标本留取正确率、危急值知晓率、护理满意度、治疗总有效率较培训前明显提高(P<0.005)。结论对检验前工作流程与危急值报告规范化培训及管理,不仅能提升护士的病情观察能力及业务水平,而且提高了临床治疗总有效率和对临床护理的满意度,保证了护理质量。
Objective To explore the effects of critical value reporting standardized training and management in inspection work process before start and critical value reporting.Methods We took the unified standardized training on specimen collection process,critical value reporting system and process standardization in 352 nurses,and then evaluated training effect.Results After training on relative theory,venous blood specimen collection,critical value,the accuracy of test specimen to subsistence,awareness for critical value,nursing satisfaction,and total effective rate were improved obviously than before the training（P〈0.005）.Conclusion For inspection before working process and the critical value reporting standardized training and management,can not only improve the nurses ability of observation and operation level,and also improve the total effective rate and satisfaction of clinical nursing,ensure the quality of care.
