缺氧缺血性脑损害亚低温干预持续时间的选择 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :寻找缺氧缺血性脑损害 (HIBD)后亚低温干预的最佳持续时间。方法 :建立新生大鼠 HIBD模型后采用 3 1℃亚低温全身干预 ,持续时间分别为 3、6、1 5 h,观察动物脑病理改变和病死率反应亚低温保护作用 ,观察动物体重和病死率以反应亚低温副作用。结果 :亚低温干预可使 HIBD新生大鼠脑凋亡延迟 ,脑梗死发生过程延迟 ,缺血神经元减少 ,持续 6 h与 1 5 h作用相似 ,均显著优于持续 3 h组 ,亚低温持续 6 h可使新生大鼠病死率显著下降 ,持续 3 h或 1 5 h对病死率无影响 ;三组均对 HIBD大鼠体重无显著影响。结论 :3 1℃亚低温可保护 HIBD新生大鼠脑组织 ,持续 6
