摘要
目的探讨缺氧缺血性脑损害患儿血小板参数变化的临床意义。方法选取临床确诊缺氧缺血性脑病患儿63例作为实验组,同时选取同期发生窒息但无脑损害的患儿60例作为对照组,比较两组急性期和恢复期血小板参数的变化情况。结果实验组血小板计数急性期和恢复期均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均血小板体积及血小板分布宽度急性期和恢复期均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺氧缺血性脑病和窒息但无脑损害患儿血小板参数均有不同程度的变化,但缺氧缺血性脑病患儿变化程度较明显,临床可作为一个辅助的监测指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of platelet parameters in children with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage.Methods 63 cases of children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were enrolled as experiment group,and 60 cases of asphyxia children without brain damage were enrolled as control group.Changes of platelet parameters in these two groups were compared.Results Platelet counts（PLT） in experiment group in acute stage and convalescent period were significantly lower than that in control group,but mean platelet volume（MPV） and platelet distribution width（PDW） were significantly higher.Conclusion There might be changes of platelet parameters in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and those asphyxia children without brain damage,and changes might be more obvious in former.Detection of platelet parameters could be helpful for monitoring disease condition.
