摘要
目的 :建立月阳生发液 (骨碎补 ,丹参 ,当归等 )质量标准。方法 :用薄层色谱法对当归、丹参进行了定性鉴别 ;用HPLC法对骨碎补中有效成分柚皮苷进行了含量测定。结果 :定性鉴别斑点圆整 ,分离度好 ,易于区别 ;含量测定柚皮苷平均加样回收率为 1 0 0 .3 % ,RSD为 1 .2 5 %。结论 :方法简便、准确 。
Objective:To establish a method for the quality standard of Yueyang Shengfa Liquid.Methods:Radix angelica, Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC. The content of naringoside was determined by HPLC.Results:The studies showed that spot of naringoside on TLC can be well separated. The average recovery rate of the spiked sample was 100.3% and RSD was 1.25%.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yueyang Shengfa Liquid.
