摘要
本文研究了“Bi(BiF_3)|La_(0.95)Pb_(0.05)F_(2.95)|Ft”元件的氧敏特性和常温氢敏特性。元件的电动势与氧分压呈对数关系。150℃时,氧分压从0.21×10~5Pa到1.0×10~5Pa时,90%响应时间仅为80s。在所测的氢气分压范围内,电动势与氢分压对数呈良好线性关系:E=E_o-961gP_(H_2)mV。敏感电极反应归结为局域电流或称混合电势机理。20℃时,元件对空气中1000Pa氢气的90%响应时间仅用15s。
The sensing properties for 'Bi(BiF_3)/La_(0.95)Pb_(0.05)F_(2.95)/Pt' sensor to oxygen and hydrogen were studied. The electromotive force (EMF) was proportional to the logarithm of oxygen partial pressure at each temperature, and the resgonse time was as short as 80 s when oxygen partial pressure changed from 0.21×10~5 to 1.0×10~5 Pa at 150℃. The relationship between EMF and lgP_(H2) is E=E_0-96lg P_(H2)/mV in air at 20℃, in which the respoase to H_2 in air could be attributed to a change in mixed potential on the sensing electrode.The 90% response of the EMF of the sensor to 1000 Pa H_2 in air was reached rapidly in 15 s at 20℃.
