摘要
4-甲基咪唑是一种重要的药物中间体,间称4-MI。本文综述了近年来4-甲基咪唑的国内外研究状况及主要合成方法和国内普遍采用的丙酮醛法等。指出了4-甲基咪唑在医药和其它领域的应用现状,并提出了研究展望。
4 - Methylimidazole which called 4 - MI is an important medical mediate. The study and synthesis of 4 -Methylimidazole including reaction from glucose and metylglyoxal are reviewed in this article. The application status in medicine and other fields are pointed out, and research prospect on this field is also given.
