摘要
综述了一种重要的药物中间体4-甲基咪唑(4-MI)近年来国内外研究状况及主要合成方法,并较详细地介绍了国内普遍采用的丙酮醛法,提出了研究展望。
4-Methylimidazole （4-MI） is an important medical mediate. In the article several synthesis methods and present research situaion of 4-MI were described in recent years at home and abroad, and put importance on metylglyoxal method. Prospect in this field is also given.
