摘要
为了提高上海石化股份有限公司炼化部3^#芳烃抽提装置甲苯精制塔的角度,延长活性白土的使用寿命,减缓更换周期,对颗粒白土进行酸强化等改进处理,考察了改性后白土的脱碱活性。结果表明:在模拟生产装置操作条件下,两种改性白土的使用性能均较好,脱碱能力分别提高84%与36%,是同类工业产品的合适替代品。
In order to increase the load of toluene treating column in 3# aromatics extraction unit in refining and petrochemical division of SPC, prolong the service life of active argil and lengthen the replacement cycle, the granular argil was modified through acid strengthening. The dealkalizing activity of modified argil was studied. The result showed that in the simulating operation condition of production equipment, properties of the two kinds of modified argil were both good, the dealkalizing performance increased by 84% and 36% respectively, they could substitute industrial products of the same kind.
