离子交换法脱除甲苯中的碱性物质

摘要 针对芳烃抽提装置的产品甲苯中含有微量碱性物质吗啉的问题,在小型试验装置上进行了离子交换法脱除吗啉的工艺可行性试验。结果表明,产品甲苯的质量符合要求。该方法工艺简单,易操作,污染少,与白土吸附法相比,操作参数范围加宽,离子交换树脂的再生性较好、寿命长,经济效益可观,具有推广应用价值。 In order to solve the problem that traces of alkaline matter morpholine is contained in the methylbenzene product of N - formylmorpholine aromatics extraction plant, a feasible research was made on removal of morpholine with ion - exchange method in small - sized experimental plant. Result indicated that the product methylbenzene could meet the quality requirement. This method is featured with simple process, easy operation and little pollution. Comparing with active bentonite adsorption method, this method has the advantages of wide range of operational parameters, good regenerating performance of resin and considerable economic benefit, so it has the value of popularization.
