摘要
本文论述了采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱法研究河南烤烟精油的化学成分。质谱鉴定了45种化合物。烤烟精油中的主要成分有尼古丁,新植二烯,2,6,11-西柏三烯-4,8-二醇,茄酮,β-大马烯酮和巨豆三烯酮等。
The essential oil of Henan roasted tobacco has been analysedby capillary GC/MS. About 45compounds were identified. Its major constituents are nicotine, neophytatriene, 2, 6, 11-cembra-triene-4, 8-diol, solanone, β-damascenone and megastigmatrienones etc.
