摘要
DHA是大脑及视力正常发育所必需的脂肪酸,也是预防心血管系统疾病的功能活性成分。近年来微生物发酵生产DHA的研究已成为热点,特别是破囊壶菌Thraustochytriumroseum产DHA被认为极具工业化生产的潜力。本文研究了不饱和脂对破囊壶菌T.roseumMF2产DHA的影响作用。实验结果表明T.roseumMF2能不同程度利用不饱和脂为碳源进行生长和产DHA,其中以紫苏油的DHA产量最高,浓度为20g/L时DHA产量为382mg/L;当以40g/L葡萄糖为主要碳源,培养基添加红花油或紫苏油能提高DHA的含量和产量,二者添加量为8g/L时DHA产量分别提高18.5%和28.5%。
