摘要
在现代化进程中 ,区域间发展差距的扩大 ,是世界范围内的普遍现象 ,而我国尤为典型。现代化的推进和实现并不意味着区域发展差距的完全消失 ,而是将其控制在一定的范围之内。我国区域发展差距的存在和扩大 ,原因比较复杂 ,负面影响显而易见。建国以来 ,党的三代领导集体从具体的历史条件和时代需要出发 。
It is a common phenomenon the world over that in the course of modernization the regional difference in development enlarges.It is especially true for China.The advancement and realization of modernization does not mean the vanishment of the difference, which is, as it were, confined to a certain area.The cause for its existence and enlargement is complicated, but their negative effect is obvious.Since the founding of the PRC, the three leading collectives at respective stages starting from the concrete historical conditions and the needs of the time, have adopted three different strategies and policies to diminish the difference between the east area and the west area of China.
