摘要
探讨了高等院校在技术创新浪潮中所处的战略地位，以及有关战略策略、科研开发和组织管理等全方位技术创新的问题，以期对高校的科研、开发工作有所裨益。
Abstract The author discussed the strategic status of colleges and universities in the tide of technical innovation,and dealt with some other problems such as strategies and tactics concerned,R&D and organization management etc.The purpose is of benefit to R&D of Colleges and universities. The author summarized the experiences of Chemical Industry Company of Yichang city in bringing a local chemical plant into one of 1000 national advanced large enterprises within ten years.Therefore,he drew a conclusion that we must invigorate enterprises through science and technology and take a way of intensive development.
