摘要
微核技术作为染色体损伤的快速检测方法 ,近年来获得广泛的应用。紫露草微核技术、蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术应用于水质污染监测取得实质性进展 。
Recently years, micronucleus technology has been widely used as a method for rapidly detecting the damage of chromosome. Tradescantia micronucleus technology and Vicia faba root-tip cell micronucleus technology have made material progresses and have excellent indicative function in water pollution monitoring.
