摘要
高温固相法制备NASICON材料时,由于反应温度过高,造成材料中磷成分的挥发损失,导致材料做成的器件灵敏度降低。通过大量改性研究,找到了比较适宜的补磷条件。改性后,器件的气敏特性得到改善。
*'When NASICON is synthesized by high temperature solid technique,the action temperature is so high that the phosphorus element gets volatilization and loss,so the sensitivity of the sensor decreases.From a lot of experiments,the relatively feasible recouping phosphorus condictions have been got.After modification,the sensors'gas sensing properties have been improved.
