摘要
以常规试剂为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了NASICON固体电解质材料,并以该合成材料为基础,制备了小型固体电解质型CO2传感器.测试表明,所制备的器件对CO2气体表现出良好的线性敏感特性、快速的响应恢复和较强的抗干扰能力.
NASICON was synthesized by using normal reagents as raw material and sol-gel process. Based on the resulted material, the solid electrolyte CO2 sensor wa s prepared. The experiments indicate that the kind of sensor possesses linear se nsing properties, short response time and high resistance to other gases.
