文章对20世纪学习最优化思想的涵义、主要观点与做法,以及研究的成就与局限,教训与启示等作了较为概括性的论述,对新世纪开展学习最优化研究具有借鉴意义。
The paper comments on the intention, main viewpoints and practice magic of the thought of learning optimization in the 20th century, and analyzes the achievement and limitations, the lesson and inspiration of the study, which can provide some reference for the study in Cearning optimization in the new century.
