摘要
结盐问题是影响输卤泵正常运行的关键 为防止结盐 ,本中提出叶片设计应避免凹面积水 ,在设计计算中 ,对混流式叶片所得型线应进行修正 ,轴流式叶片应采用平凸翼型 ,为保证性能不变 ,设计计算应留有一定余量 为兼顾防结盐和可获得较高容积效率两个方面 ,通过实验研究、理论计算及现场实际运行 ,认为叶端间隙采用 5~ 8mm较为合适 在运行和停机时注入适量淡水是目前比较有效的防结盐方法 。
The crystal problem is the key factor that influences the normal operation of the bittern transfer pump. To prevent crystal, the paper proposes that the type line of semi axial flow type vane should be modified and plane convex profile should be adopted for axial flow type vane in usual design calculation, and the design of vane should avoid water remaining on the concave surface. To ensure the pump performance unchangeable,the design calculation should allow surplus quantity. Through experimental study and theoretical calculation for vane ending gap, it is considered that the span of 5~8mm is relatively suitable by considering two aspects of preventing crystal and getting high volumetric efficiency. Injecting appropriate amount of fresh water into pumps is an effective measure during the operating interval and shows favorable effect in practical applications.
