摘要
腐败是公共权力的异化 ,公共权力过程中的腐败活动对国家的政治、经济和精神文化的发展具有致命的危害。从根本上遏制腐败 ,需要降低公共权力的可租性 ,规范市场经济运行机制 ,改革行政审批制度 ,加快生产要素市场化进程。
Corruption is the dissimilation of public power. To eliminate corruption from the roots, we need to reduce the chances of public power being rented, regulate the operating mechanism of market economy, reform the administrative permit system and quicken the process of marketizing elements of production.
