摘要
目的 探讨小切口白内障手术中应用前房维持器和分体注吸法清除晶状体皮质的方法。方法 31 2例 372眼白内障手术中采用前房维持灌注、分体抽吸皮质的方法清除晶状体皮质 ,术后观察视力及散光程度。结果 在所有病例手术中容易将切口位置下方的晶状体皮质清除。结论 此法便于操作 ,能有效清除皮质 。
To investigate the effective method of using anterior chamber maintenance and cortex extractor for removing cortex in small incision cataract extraction.Methods 372 eyes of 312 patients with cataract underwent small incision nonphacoemulsification and phacoemulsification,cortex was removed by the anterior chamber maintenance and cortex extractor.The postoperative visual acuity and astigmatism were investigated.Results It is easy to remove cortex behind the incision area in all the cases.Conclusion This method for removing cortex is easy,effective and less complication.
