摘要
良好的局部麻醉是显微眼外科手术成功的前提。传统的球后麻醉可获得满意的麻醉效果,同时也注意到严重的并发症和一定的危险性。球后麻醉的主要并发症,除麻醉剂和某些病员体质外,多由于机械性损伤所致,主要有:①球后出血,往往须延缓手术,严重的球后出血可导致视功能损害;②直接损伤视神经或其血管,导致视功能障碍;③眼球穿孔伤;④刺入视神经鞘内。
One hundred twenty-seven eyes of peribulbar anesthesia and 130 eyes of retrobu■baranesthesia were randomly collected for analysis.Peribulbar anesthesia had the same effect asretrobulbar anesthesia and markedly avoided the main complications of retrobulbaranesthesia.The technique of peribulbar injection was described.The advantages of peribulbaranesthesia were discussed.The authors recommended peribulbar anesthesia as a safealternative to retrobulbar anesthesia for ocular surgery,especially for the eyes with advancedglaucoma and high myopia.
