摘要
目的 探讨应用AccuRus玻切系统超声粉碎处理外伤性脱位的硬核晶状体的方法。方法 回顾性分析 1 998年 1 1月~2 0 0 1年 4月在我院行超声粉碎治疗外伤性脱位于玻璃体硬核晶状体 1 5例 1 5眼。包括标准三通道玻璃体切除术 ,玻璃体切除术后应用AccuRus玻切系统超声粉碎功能 ,选择比例式或瞬间式状态 ,以超声粉碎头负压吸住晶状体 ,在玻璃体腔内粉碎吸出晶状体。结果 1 4例 1 4眼晶状体被超声粉碎完全吸出。 1例Ⅴ级硬核超声粉碎未能吸出 ,以全氟化碳液使核浮起 ,自角膜缘切口取出 ,无医源性视网膜裂孔。结论 应用AccuRus玻切系统的超声粉碎功能 ,处理外伤性脱位于玻璃体的硬核晶状体 ,无需全氟化碳液体 ,无需角膜缘切口 ,简单。
To evaluate application of phacofragmentation in traumatic dislocation of lens b y AccuRus system.Methods 15 eyes with traumatic dislocation of lens in vitreous underwent vitrectomy in application of placofragmentation by AccuRus system.The dislocated lens was were removed by the tip of phacofragment with suction holdin g the nucleus in vitreous at the state of prop and moment.Results 14 dislocated lens were removed by phacofragmentation. 1 dislocated lens was too hard to phaco was removed through corn eoscleral limbus in application of perfluorcarbones.There was no iatrogenic ret inal tear.Conclusion Taumatic dislocation of lens in virteous could be removed in application of phacofragmentation by AccuRus system withou t perfluorocarbones and in incision of corneoscleral limbus.It is an effective,s imple and safe method.
